My goal is to help your show become more discoverable, more strategic, and better positioned for the audience you want to reach. I want to help you maximize the value of your back catalog, strengthen your overall quality, and build long-term systems that support sustainable growth. By the end of our work together, you’ll walk away with a clearer roadmap, a stronger foundation, and practical steps you can implement immediately.

I’m a podcast producer and consultant who has edited and distributed over 1,000 episodes that have generated more than half a million organic downloads. I’ve worked closely with business owners, creatives, authors, influencers, and hobbyists across many industries—helping them refine their sound, strategy, and branding. Everything I offer is based on real, hands-on experience working with hosts who want to grow intentionally. If you’re looking to skip years of trial-and-error, that’s exactly what I’m here for.

I’ve partnered with a wide variety of podcasts, including:
• Financial planning & retirement shows
• Photography and creative industry conversations
• Business and entrepreneurial interviews
• Anime and pop-culture rewatch shows
• Music analysis and commentary shows
• Non-fiction authors, lifestyle influencers, and thought-leadership podcasts
What matters most is that the podcast has a clear purpose—whether that’s client acquisition, brand growth, thought leadership, or building a loyal community. If you have defined goals (or want help clarifying them), we’ll be a strong fit. I also enjoy working with passion-driven creators who want to grow thoughtfully and sustainably.

The only type of podcast I do not take on is fully scripted or narrative-style shows with heavy sound design, immersive scoring, or voice acting. Those formats require a different production structure. Everything else is open to conversation as long as the goals align with the type of strategic advising I offer.

Each consultation is customized, but most sessions focus on two core areas:
1. Organic Growth Optimization
• Enhancing your podcast page
• Improving titles and show notes
• Reviewing workflow and audio quality
• Identifying easy wins that strengthen your presentation and discoverability
2. Strategic Planning
• Crossovers and guest-swap opportunities
• Repurposing content for social, newsletters, or your website
• Planning for long-term audience development without increasing your workload significantly
You’ll receive only practical, tailored recommendations—nothing vague or generic.

I still edit several shows every week and work with long-term clients who have trusted me over hundreds of episodes. Because of this, my production plate is full—so I only take on a limited number of consulting sessions each month.
This allows me to dedicate real time to researching your show before our call:
• Listening to multiple episodes
• Reviewing your entire catalog
• Assessing your podcast pages
• Identifying opportunities and areas for improvement
Consulting lets me continue helping new podcasters in a meaningful way without compromising the deep work I do for my existing clients.

Yes. While my core background is in audio, I can absolutely help with structure, pacing, editing flow, and strategic best practices for video podcasts as well. I don’t provide detailed design feedback on elements like thumbnails, but I can guide you on how to approach YouTube or other video platforms effectively.
- 08
Before our meeting, I invest several hours into reviewing your show—listening to past episodes, examining your catalog, and preparing specific recommendations. The deposit ensures that I can allocate the necessary time and attention to your project. Since I only take a handful of clients each month, this system guarantees a high level of preparation for every session.

Results vary based on implementation and consistency, but you can expect greater clarity, a more refined strategy, and a set of steps designed specifically for your goals. If you’ve been stuck, plateaued, or unsure what to try next, this consultation will give you direction and a framework to build on. Many clients walk away knowing exactly where to put their energy for the next several months.

Yes. A consultation makes an excellent gift for a spouse, friend, sibling, or colleague who’s serious about improving their show. Full payment is required upfront, and you can fill out the intake form together when presenting the gift.

You’ll receive a focused 60-minute video call where we discuss your goals, your workflow, your catalog, and your opportunities for improvement. After payment is complete, you’ll also receive a detailed written report summarizing my findings, recommendations, and next steps. Many clients use this document as a long-term guide for future planning.

Yes. Many clients choose to schedule a follow-up session 1–2 months after implementing changes (at a reduced rate) to evaluate progress, make adjustments, and refine their plan. I also offer optional 6–12 month audits for ongoing support, accountability, and continued optimization.
